Explore a selection of Skye walks on a hiking tour from Portree. Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to some of the best short hikes, waterfall walks and forest trails on Skye.

Enjoy the beauty of the Trotternish Peninsula as we drive between hikes. We’ll visit local Skye eateries along the way for lunch / coffee / snacks.

Choose Your Hikes

Skye hiking tours are flexible so you can choose your which walks suit your preferences. Alternatively, I can take you on a selection of popular Skye hikes.

The driving time is around 2 hours. Adding in an hour for lunch & coffee stops gives us around 5 hours of hiking.

  • Old Man of Storr (1.5+ hours)

  • The Quiraing (1+ hour)

  • Brothers Point (1+ hour)

  • Rubha Hunish (1+ hour)

  • Cadha Riabhach (1+ hour)

  • Rha Waterfall (20 minutes)

Cost & Logistics

  • Isle of Skye hiking tours from Portree cost £315.

  • Tours last 7-8 hours, usually 8:30am to 4pm but we can be flexible.

  • Maximum of 4 people plus hiking packs.

  • Pick-up / drop-off from your accommodation in / around Portree.

  • Hiking boots / shoes and outdoor clothing required.

  • Hiking tours are limited to walks and refreshment stops i.e. no attraction / sightseeing stops.
