About
I’m Trev and I’ll be your guide for the day. We’ll be spending a long time walking together, so here’s a little about me.
I studied software engineering at Aberdeen University then worked in software for 20+ years. Most weekends I travelled from Edinburgh to the Highlands to bag Munros. Around 2019, I decided that life was short, so I converted a campervan and travelled for a few years.
Now, my life is a balance of mountain guiding, freelance software & travel. I swap the cold Scottish winters for exploring Europe in my campervan, mainly in the south of Spain. When travelling in Europe, I dabble in mountain trekking, via ferrata and sampling local food & red wine.
I enjoy the health, fitness & wellbeing aspect of the outdoors. I’m working my way through the Munros and particularly enjoy the challenge of multi-Munro routes with wild camps.
